David has over 35 years of experience in the Customer Retention field. David spent over 28 years in the Automotive business where he helped build Galpin Ford's Leasing operation into the largest and most successful Leasing operation in the country (Leasing over 800 vehicles per month). One of the keys to this success was a focus on Customer Retention and utilizing effective scripts to retain their existing Customers. In 1995 David left Galpin and developed a CRM (Customer Retention Management) software solution called LSI. This software is the tool of choice in nearly 950 Automobile Dealerships throughout the U.S. and Canada. The key to this success has been understanding how to turn opportunities into Sales.
