Yvonne has over 35 years experience running and consulting for successful businesses. She obtained her MBA from Michigan State and since that time has focused on the medical industry and Customer Service related fields. Her work experience reads like a who's who of the successful businesses including major hospitals and Ophthalmic Surgical practices. She has taken her successful process and marketing experiences to other industries with similar success.

David has over 35 years of experience in the Customer Retention field. David spent over 28 years in the Automotive business where he helped build Galpin Ford's Leasing operation into the largest and most successful Leasing operation in the country (Leasing over 800 vehicles per month). One of the keys to this success was a focus on Customer Retention and utilizing effective scripts to retain their existing Customers. In 1995 David left Galpin and developed a CRM (Customer Retention Management) software solution called LSI. This software is the tool of choice in nearly 950 Automobile Dealerships throughout the U.S. and Canada. The key to this success has been understanding how to turn opportunities into Sales. This process works not only with Cars, but with virtually any business that can benefit from targeted Marketing, Follow-up and Customer Retention strategies.
